How do I restart the app if it's not responding?
Close the app completely by swiping it up from your recent apps list, then reopen it. If that doesn't work, try restarting your device.
I forgot my PIN. Can it be recovered?
Unfortunately, we cannot recover your PIN for security reasons. PINs are stored locally on your device and not on our servers. You'll need to reset the app, which will erase your data.
How do I delete a check-in?
You can delete any check-in by swiping left on the entry in the history page under the Check-Ins tab.
What happens when I wipe data or uninstall the app?
When you wipe data or uninstall the app, all your information is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We recommend backing up any important information beforehand.
Do you store my personal data on your servers?
No, we do not store any of your personal data on our servers. AI conversations are not saved with us or on the device. Only a generic summary is stored on your device for you to review.
I'm having subscription issues. What should I do?
Try using the "Restore Purchase" option in the app first. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please contact Apple Support as they handle all payment processing for subscriptions.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
We do not provide refunds directly. All refund requests must be handled through Apple's refund process via the App Store.
Is this app a replacement for professional therapy?
No, this app is not intended to replace real therapy, therapists, or doctors. If you're experiencing mental health issues, please seek help from qualified healthcare professionals.
How do I update the app to the latest version?
Open the App Store, go to your profile, scroll down to see available updates, and tap "Update" next to our app if an update is available.
The app is using too much battery. What can I do?
Check if background app refresh is enabled and consider disabling it. Also, make sure you're using the latest version of the app as we regularly optimize for battery performance.
Can I use the app offline?
No, the AI features require an internet connection to function properly. You will need connectivity to use the app.
How do I delete my account?
Since we don't store your data on our servers, you can simply uninstall the app to remove all your data. There is no account to delete.
The app crashes when I open it. How do I fix this?
Try restarting your device, updating to the latest version of the app, or reinstalling the app. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes, all data stored on your device is encrypted for maximum security and privacy protection.
How do I back up my data?
Currently, the app does not have a built-in backup feature since data is stored locally. We recommend using your device's built-in backup solutions.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes, you can install the app on multiple devices with the same Apple ID. However, since data is stored locally, your information won't sync between devices.
How do I report a bug?
Please use the feedback form below or email our support team with details about the bug, including steps to reproduce it and your device information.
Is there a dark mode?
Yes, the app automatically follows your device's display settings. To enable dark mode, change your device's display settings to dark mode.
How often is the app updated?
We typically release updates every 2-4 weeks with bug fixes and new features. Major updates are released quarterly.
What should I do if I need immediate mental health support?
If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services (911), the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (988), or go to your nearest emergency room. This app is not designed for crisis intervention.
Does the app work on older iOS versions?
Our app requires iOS 14.0 or later. For the best experience and security, we recommend keeping your device updated to the latest iOS version.
